Skillfinity — Canada's Free Math Camp Directory
Our Story

Built by students, for students

Skillfinity was born from a simple belief: every student deserves access to world-class math education - regardless of their background or budget.

Skillfinity

Who We Are

We are an educational social enterprise dedicated to making foundational skills universally accessible through 100% free community camps.

Our Mission

Daily Purpose

To deliver barrier-free, high-quality group learning to every student - powered by a sustainable, community-first model.

We bridge the gap in youth education by providing high-quality, barrier-free group learning. Mastery of foundational skills should never depend on a family's postal code or income bracket. Our 100% free community camps ensure every student has a seat at the table and the tools to excel.

Our Vision

Long-Term Aspiration

To build an educational ecosystem where exceptional learning is a standard for all - not a premium luxury.

A future where profit-driven models are replaced by impact-driven communities - fostering a generation of confident, mathematically and logically fluent problem solvers who are ready to take on the world. Skillfinity exists to prove that business can successfully prioritize impact over profit.

How We Got Here

The Skillfinity story

2024

The Idea

Disha and Dhruva, both passionate about math competitions, noticed a gap: quality contest prep was expensive or inaccessible for many students across Canada.

2025

First Sessions

Skillfinity launched its first small-group tutoring sessions, helping local Grade 5-12 students build confidence and competition skills - completely free.

2026

Summer Camp

Growing demand led to the first official Skillfinity Summer Math Camp: a week-long intensive open to all Grade 5-12 students across Canada.

Dhruva Sandesh

Dhruva Sandesh

Co-Founder & Instructor

Dhruva is an exceptionally driven student, analytical problem-solver, and multi-talented competitor who consistently excels in regional and national academic arenas. A School Champion in the Gauss Math Contest and Regional Silver Medalist in the Canada Jay Math Competition, he has demonstrated a rare ability to perform at the highest levels of academic competition from a young age. His preparation is deliberate and structured - he approaches every challenge with the same intensity and intellectual rigour that defines elite competitors, and he has memorized Pi to 40 decimal places in three languages: English, French, and Kannada.

Beyond mathematics, Dhruva is a linguist, a lateral thinker, and a student of the universe. He claimed 1st Place at Brantford's inaugural Spelling Bee Competition and earned a Regional Honourable Mention at the CJMC in Grade 6. Driven by a deep fascination with the fundamental laws of nature, his long-term vision is to become a Theoretical Physicist. What We Stand For

Our values

Radically Free

We believe financial barriers should never stand between a student and a great math education. Every camp we run is 100% free.

Student-Led

Our instructors recently walked the same path. That lived experience means we teach what actually works - not just what textbooks say.

Competition-Focused

We go beyond the curriculum. Our programs build the deep problem-solving skills that shine in Gauss, Cayley, Galois, and beyond.

Proudly Local

We're building a community of curious, confident math students across Canada - accessible to every student, regardless of location.
